Teaching Elder

The Golackson family moved back to Wisconsin in April 2015 after serving as missionaries in China for nearly a decade. Josh and Lindsey were married in 2002 and they have 8 children: Lily, Caedmon, Hadassah, Vivianna, Olivet, August, Porter, and Ryle. Lindsey grew up in Appleton and Josh is from Monroe. Josh and Lindsey met at UW-La Crosse, where they both got their undergrad in Communication Studies. Josh completed his Master of Divinity from Reformed Theological Seminary (RTS) in Orlando and is an ordained minister in the Presbyterian Church in America (PCA). The Golacksons moved to Oshkosh in October 2016 and Living Stone Presbyterian Church began public worship services in October 2017. They love spending time together as a family, discovering all that Oshkosh has to offer, and seeking to be salt and light in the community for the glory of God!

Ruling Elder

Logan grew up in Waupaca and met his wife Bekah in 2016 at an Intervarsity Christian Fellowship leadership conference. They have been married since 2019. They moved to Oshkosh in fall of 2019 and joined Living Stone Presbyterian Church at that time too. Logan and Bekah have 2 children: Theodore and Delilah. Logan has a deep desire to serve the body of Christ, spread the gospel to our surrounding community, and help Living Stone grow in both knowledge and love of the Lord. In his free time Logan enjoys watching and playing sports, as well as being outdoors going on hikes and bird watching.

Ruling Elder

Andrew moved to Oshkosh in 2012 to attend UW Oshkosh. That fall, he came to know the Lord through the ministry of Campus Crusade. He joined Living Stone Presbyterian Church at its launch in October 2017. Since becoming a Christian, Andrew has been drawn to serving the body of Christ through the local church. He is passionate about the Lord, intentional relationships and hospitality. He and Ali have been married since September 2019 and they have 4 children: Simeon, Evangeline, Fiona and Rosalie. Andrew enjoys spending time with family, playing mediocre chess and bass guitar, smoking meat and an occasional pipe.

teaching Elder Emeritus

Bill and his wife Martha have been married for 56 years. They have four children and 21 grandchildren, and 12 great-grandchildren! Bill has both a Master of Divinity and a Doctor of Ministry from Covenant Theological Seminary. He is ordained in the Presbyterian Church in America (PCA). Prior to coming to the Wisconsin Presbytery, Bill planted churches in New Orleans, LA and Neenah, WI. Bill spent 14 years equipping men to be ministers of the Word through LAMP Seminary. He also served as the Stated Clerk of the Wisconsin Presbytery for 6 years. Bill and Martha have been involved in several PCA church pants in northeast Wisconsin. In their free time, they enjoy riding their bicycles together. Bill enjoys woodworking in his spare time.
